Kenn's journey began at the age of 18 when he started working as an Assistant in Nursing (AIN), laying the groundwork for a future in nursing. In 2005, he embarked on a Nursing Degree, which he completed in 2009. By 2010, Kenn had obtained his Nurse Registration and began working as an Occupational Health Nurse, alongside continuing his work in the disability field. His dedication to service saw him managing units in Ageing Disability and Home Care for a government organization.
Before pursuing a career in nursing, Kenn was no stranger to hard work. As a working student, he juggled various roles as a janitor, cook, and waiter in a restaurant, developing a strong work ethic that would define his professional life.
Kenn's past experiences have equipped him with a unique skill set, enabling him to tackle challenges and promote growth in the health sector. As the Managing Director of Prosperity Health, Kenn has partnered with the remarkable Merina Shrestha to create a balanced, progressive, and prosperous team. Together, they are dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for the clients they serve.

Merina Shrestha
Registered Nurse | Manager of Operations
Merina Shrestha's journey is one marked by an unwavering determination to excel in everything she does. Her infectious passion and drive have been the driving forces behind her incredible work ethic since she was a teenager. Growing up in a family-owned hotel, restaurant, and grocery store, Merina quickly learned the value of hard work and the importance of delivering exceptional service.
After relocating to Australia as an adult, Merina's commitment to service led her to work in a hotel, where she honed her skills in hospitality, and as a disability support worker in a group home. Her experiences in these roles further ignited her desire to help others, inspiring her to pursue a Bachelor in Nursing at University.
To complement her nursing education, Merina has completed a Diploma in Leadership Management and a Diploma in Community Services, enabling her to be an effective leader in the healthcare field. Additionally, she holds a Certificate IV in Disability, which showcases her dedication to providing personalized care for those in need.
Today, Merina Shrestha is a shining example of perseverance and tenacity.
